Meet Tatiana
Tatiana Bogy, LMFT
"I became a therapist because I believe support changes everything. When women feel supported and empowered, it fosters resilient marriages, healthy attachment bonds, and a deeper sense of community. That's not just good therapy — it's a ripple effect worth investing in."
If any of this sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
"I pray every day... so why do I still feel anxious?"
Faith doesn't make you immune to struggling with postpartum anxiety, depression, or emotional overwhelm. Together, we can explore your mental health and relationship with God in a safe, compassionate space.
"I snap at my kids and then feel like a terrible person."
Mom rage is usually a signal, not a character flaw. Understanding what it's protecting is where we start.
Motherhood is one of the most profound, life-altering identity shifts a person can experience—yet it is also one of the seasons of life that receives the least emotional support and understanding. As your body, relationships, priorities, and sense of self change, it's common to experience exhaustion, grief, anxiety, disconnection, or even unexpected anger. These feelings can be confusing and isolating, but they are not signs that you're failing—they're signs that something important within you deserves care and attention. I specialize in supporting women through the perinatal period and the years that follow, helping mothers navigate the emotional, relational, and identity changes that come with pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood.

"I love my baby but I don't recognize myself anymore."
This is matrescence — the identity shift of becoming a mother. It's real, it's hard, and it's exactly what we can work through together.
"I'm afraid admitting I'm struggling means my faith isn't strong enough."
You deserve a space where you can be honest, supported, and reminded that seeking help is a sign of courage—not weak faith.
My goal is to provide a compassionate, judgment-free space where you can process what you're carrying and reconnect with yourself. Together, we'll use evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help you move toward greater peace, resilience, and confidence. For clients who desire it, I also enjoy thoughtfully incorporating Biblical principles into our work, integrating faith with sound clinical care in a way that feels authentic and encouraging. Whether or not faith is part of your therapy, you will be met with compassion, respect, and wholehearted support every step of the way.
"I had a loss and nobody talks about it like it was real."
Pregnancy loss and reproductive grief deserve space. I work with this directly and without minimizing.
"I feel like I'm failing at everything."
That weight is real. Therapy can help you figure out what actually matters — and what to let go.
